Waiver Agreement<\/h1>\n

By proceeding with the purchase of research compounds from Levara Bio, I, the purchaser, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Levara Bio\u2014along with its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as \u201cLevara Bio\u201d)\u2014against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees) arising from or connected to my purchase, possession, or use of these research compounds.<\/p>\n

I acknowledge and understand that Levara Bio supplies these research compounds exclusively for research purposes, and that they have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human use. I agree to abide by all relevant laws and regulations and accept full responsibility for any and all risks associated with my purchase, possession, and use of the compounds.<\/p>\n

By completing my transaction online (e.g., clicking \u201cI Agree\u201d or submitting my order), I release, discharge, and waive any potential claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, or liabilities that may arise out of or be linked to the purchase, possession, or use of these research compounds.<\/p>\n

I further agree to indemnify and hold Levara Bio harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses\u2014whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, direct or indirect\u2014stemming from personal injury, property damage, or any related harm in connection with my purchase, possession, or use of these compounds.<\/p>\n

This indemnity and release extends to my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.<\/p>\n
